Pretty pair of vintage half oval wall shelves with ornate gold accents. Very nice, heavy and decorative shelves that are well constructed and all joints are tight.
The tops are half of an oval shape with a flat back that sits flush against the wall and two cutout type holes on the back for hanging. There is a swirl pattern on the top of each shelf, a fluted column type middle portion with a scalloped top edge highlighted in gold and the bottom portion is carved to look like leaves that are also painted gold. We believe they are made of a heavy resin. There is some minimal wear on the tops of the shelves in the form of fading but they still show very nicely.
Lovely wall decor to hold a small plant, a collectible plate or a special treasure.
