Lovely dark wood antique pediment/salvage. A large, sturdy piece with beautiful workmanship on this carved hardwood. Very nice to use above a doorway, add to a gallery wall or by itself as wall art. There is a sawtooth hanger attached to the back but it can also stand on its own as the bottom is flat. This is a sturdy and heavy piece with some minor flaws as might be expected of an antique piece but it still shows very nicely.
Overall, it's in great condition with no chips or cracks and would be lovely hanging in a vintage or antique filled home - nice to use as part of a restoration project. It's quite a charming piece.
Measurements: 19 1/4 inches long 6 inches high. The wood is 7/8 inches thick. The carvings add another 1/4 inch to the thickness
