Charming vintage, solid wood pig-shape bread or cutting board. He’s primitive, solid and cute and shows many years of use and wear. One side has hand painted detail – the other side is plain. His edges have worn red paint. He has two holes - one in his tail, one in his nose which would allow him to hang up two ways. He has wear and cutting marks but is still very solid and with no warp. Please remember, he is a vintage piece and because of that, he is not in perfect condition.
He would look great added to a collection of vintage bread boards. Prop him on a shelf behind your whites or add him to a collection of other boards and he’ll add a nice bit of whimsey. Wonderful in a farmhouse, vintage or French country kitchen.
He measures 19 3/4 inches from the tip of his nose to the outside edge of his tail. He is approximately 9 ½ inches wide at the widest point. The wood is ¾ inches thick.
