Pretty vintage pedestal bowl with a scalloped top edge and the look of brass. This appears to be mixed metals as the inside of the bowl is less polished than the bottom - the bottom seems to be brass. The middle portion of the pedestal stem appears to be a darker metal. Overall, it's a unique piece which shows nicely and would be lovely on a mantle, side table or with soaps in a vintage bath, bowl fillers or a spilling over plant.
It's in very good condition with nice detail and a heavy weight to it. All parts are well attached and it sits flat.
