Very unique vintage lamp with a floral design on a reverse painted glass shade. The shade is beautifully ribbed and has a pretty scalloped edge. The florals have been painted on the inside with pinks, lavenders and green leaves and signed by the artist. It is very pretty both lit and unlit and we have listed photos to depict both. The shade is topped with a round metal piece and a finial. The base of the lamp is a brass color metal with a fluted column on a round base with four feet.
The lamp is in working condition and takes a chandelier type bulb. It's in very good condition and is operated by a toggle switch on the cord. There is a small manufacturing defect in one of the scallops on the shade that at first glance looks like a chip but it is not.
This very nice lamp would be wonderful in an entryway, on a bedside table, on open shelving or as an accent lamp – so many places to add a unique small lamp.
