Wonderful vintage old salt sea captain. Nice figurine to stand alone or add to a collection of nautical decor. He’s got a navy blue cap, coat and trousers with white hair and beard. He has a small object on the side of his mouth which may have held a pipe or maybe is supposed to represent a cigarette.
His paint is vintage and chippy and looks as though it may have been touched up along the way. He stands on a round base surrounded by a curled rope design. There is felt on the bottom so as not to scratch the table top. He’s a good weight and sits flat. He’s quite a charming fellow and would make nice shelf decor in a coastal themed home.
