Vintage small round mirror with a raised relief fruit and leaf surrround. Very lovely little plaster mirror from Gargoyles Studio in Brooklyn, NY. Raised fruit and leaves adorn the edges of this unique and pretty mirror. The fruit is in earth tones with faint gold highlights and the leaves are green. The edge is a muted gold. The mirror and surrounding frame are in very good condition with minor wear. There are some dings on the back side but they do not show when the mirror is hung. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back for hanging.
The mirror has the orginal label on the back which reads “Gargoyles Studio – Brooklyn, New York”. Lovely to add to a gallery wall or as part of a collection of mirrors. Also pretty in a small space that needs a little “something”.
