Charming vintage solid copper tea kettle. Lovely condition round tea kettle with upright handle attached with copper rivets, a turned wooden handhold and a goose neck spout. It has a round removable lid with a wooden knob - the lid has some small dents and the knob is not completely tight. It’s a charming kettle in wonderful condition with wear as would be appropriate for a vintage piece.
The tea kettle has no cracks or leaks and the bottom sits flat with no wobble. It holds 2 1/2 quarts of water and does not leak.
Lovely in a French country or farmhouse kitchen. Nice to add to a copper collection. There is a maker’s mark on the bottom which reads “Made in Portugal”
