This is a very nice vintage copper coffee or tea kettle. It has a tin lining in good condition, a removable lid with a wooden knob and 2 brass handles. One handle is a swing style and the other is stationary. This style of pot is sometimes called a 'Cowboy coffee pot' as it's easy to hang over a campfire.
It would make a lovely addition to your copper collection – it has that characteristic warm patina with solid fittings which are tight and in very good condition. As with all vintage items, there is some wear to the finish as is befitting vintage copper. Overall however, the piece is in very nice condition. The embossed stamp on the bottom reads "Made in Portugal" (we have tried to capture in one of the photos).
