Lovely square (8-sided) vintage brass small container with a removable lid. We would be inclined to call it a tea caddy/canister. It is solid brass and n very nice condition with minimal wear and a pretty patina. There are some tiny dents which we have tried to capture in the pictures. Nice as a candle making vessel.
Pair with other brass or use in a tabletop vignette or to top a stack of books.
