Lovely vintage blue and white lotus motif chinoiserie hand-painted planter pot with matching saucer. The planter has a lotus flower on either side with swirling vines and leaves on the remainder. The rim of the planter is softly flared and matches the rim of the saucer which has a vine and long tail ribbon design. This is very pretty to show off your favorite plant.
The planter is in very good condition with a hole for drainage. No detectable chips or cracks but the inside glaze does have some stray blue paint here and there. The saucer has seen more use than the planter but is still in very nice condition.
Use it on a mantle, coffee table, bookshelf, plant stand, entryway or side table — it will add a classic look to any decor.
