Lovely antique Indo-Persian engraved brass tobacco box. This unique box is intricately engraved with hunting/fighting scenes on the lid and all four sides. The inside is lined with green leather. Boxes like these were valued for their craftsmanship and history. It could be used as a small humidor, for jewelry or special treasures or just as a lovely decor piece.
It's in very nice condition with some wear to the inside leather. The lid closes down as it should and stays shut.
