Vintage brass box with UNIQUE DOMED LID It has a very lovely pierced cutout design on the lid as well as on all sides. It sits on four ball feet and has a hinged lid with a latch closure as well as a swing handle.
All the parts work, the lid closes down tightly and the latch works well- the handle still swings to either side and can also stand up on its own. There are numbers embossed on the back that seem to be “72”
It’s very pretty and would be nice to add to a collection of accent boxes or a vintage brass collection. It’s a nice display piece on its own, but could also be used to display cards and photos or use as a unique jewelry box.
