Lovely vintage footed brass bowl or compote. Nice as a trinket dish or to top a stack of books as a decor or accent piece. It has beautiful, intricate engraving of flowers, leaves and vines on the inner bowl and feathers on the foot. A sturdy piece with a nice weight. There is an engraving on the under portion of the foot that reads "India 174 - J"
It's in very nice condition with one tiny dark mark on one of the flower petals.
