Blue and chippy vintage birdcage. This wrought iron birdcage would be for décor purposes and has a chippy French blue finish with some missing paint, white showing through and signs of rust here and there. There is a top ring and hook for hanging and the top swings open and is held in place by a clasp. There is also a small front door that can be opened and a perch on the inside. The upper third is decorated with circles, leaves and vines. The pieces are all well attached and it sits flat, but being a vintage piece, certain parts are slightly askew.
Birdcages make interesting décor statements. They can hold plants, nests, faux birds or any type of interesting treasure you'd like to display. Lovely on a porch, deck, sunroom or in a vintage garden.
